This is for self-aware people who can see their patterns, conditioning & cycles… but are still stuck repeating them. You’ve likely done some inner work already and now you’re ready to take the next step to fully integrate your awareness into lived experience.

If you’re looking for quick fixes, motivation, or someone to put in the work for you – this won’t be the right fit. This is for people ready to take honest, uncomfortable, aligned steps toward real change.

We’ll get clear on what’s actually keeping you stuck, what you’ve already tried, and what needs to shift at the root to finally break free of your loops. You’ll leave with clarity and a framework to use – whether we decide we are a fit to work together or not.

Therapy can be amazing – and there can be some overlap. We’ll absolutely look at patterns, what’s happening, and why it’s happening. The difference is that this is coaching, so we also focus heavily on implementation: turning that awareness into clear, real-world action that builds a new default over time – so you’re not just understanding yourself more, you’re actually taking steps to live more aligned too.

You are welcome to reschedule your session as long as it is not within 24hrs before your session. If something comes up that is out of your control, you have one ‘get out of jail free’ card to use.
